Prices
Our Listing Package costs $175 for up to 6 months.
That is a one-time flat fee. We do not take a commission when you sell your property.
Our Listing Package Includes:
- An online listing, including up to 12 photos
- An aluminum Yard Sign, customized with your phone number (see Yard Sign)
- (2) Directional Signs (see Directional Sign)
- 'Sale and Pending' and 'Sold' Signs
- An 'Info Tube' that attaches to your sign to distribute brochures
- Brochures that you can print from your computer

Pricing for Additional Services:
- Extra Directional Signs - $8 each
- Open House Signs - $6 each (see Open House Sign)
- Photo Shoot - $40 (We can come out to your property to take digital photos for you.)
